Use AM2 heatsink on opteron270??

I have a am2 heatpipe heatsink comes with my 3800+X2(am2) it the OEM one by Foxconn.
I just bought a opteron270 but without the heatsink, just wondering if I can just use the am2 one? Anyone tried before?

it should be the same since the plastic it mounts to is the same but with a different mounting point to the board


and that looks like teh hs that came with the opterons and fxes at the end of the 939
