Well one of them is 1600C7DHX and the other is 1600C7DHXIN
The IN is the Intel Extreme Memory profile, sort of the same certification as SLI certified RAM like the DDR2 parts. But that being said, it looks like Newegg priced them wrong, then again I could be wrong :)
