Well, picked up another 100 points to get to 13,900 however am running out of things/ideas left and right. Have another idea on the water block that just might do the trick. Am going to start working on it. Any ideas would most assuredly be appreciated.

Latest...Opp, MrIcee, DD, etc.....at 2228 Mhz.

If I can get a run in at 2240 it may do the trick as far as getting over 14g. Ran about half the tests at this speed and then it crapped out.:(

Strangely enough I am picking up points across the board but the strong areas seem to be the Dragothic tests and nature. Cpu coming across there?

Silver,

Nice work, great score. Holst put a tip in that 8k3a thread over at oc'rs forums that might help ya pick up some points. ;)

N8, did the wcpreset some time ago through much experimentation. This did help the scores some. The fsb reset through windows did not occur to me though. Unlike Holst's comment, I do not show any decrease at 179 to 180 and in fact it increases from 166 up. Keeping the cpu cool seems to have the biggest impact on fsb stability at fastest timings where I am at. This would be in keeping with my tests showing the ram is solid up to 188/189 at a lower multiplier. Due to limited finances I am not looking into another cooling solution but instead augmenting the one I have.

this is off topic

but i´ve seen you writte on forums that you get higher bandwidth with the higher fsb alowed by bios 2619 , and that gets you higher bandwidth than 2312 at it´s top FSB

you are actually wrong

because you are using sandra 2002 it gives you very wrong results about the real bandwidth as it is proven by 2312 3dmark scores vs 2619

and i tested this my self with slower bios on 8k3a and getting better ram scores on sandra 2002 with mmx sse buffering with the slower bios at higher fsb but losing about 300 mrks to bios 2312 at the lower fsb

do a memory bench in sandra 2002 but disable mmx sse and buffering or use sandra TE

then do the memory benchs and you will get the acurate bandwidth results

this as already been stressed by me macci and etc at several forums icrontic , AOA etc

if you dont believe me test it
