Hi guys. I was here a while ago and saw a review of this phase change cooling device that is adaptable to any case. It sits under the case and has a block on the end of an insulated hose that you bolt to the motherboard. I think it was sold at xtreme tekwerkz but they don't have it on their site right now. I've searched these forums for it and can't find it.

Does anybody know what and where this thing is? I'm interested in getting my hands on one because I don't like the foo foo looks of a vapochill or the price of one but I want some sub-zero cooling.

Thanks!

That "awesome phase change cooler" was called the Maxxxpert MX-EVA3. It has, since the review, been pulled from the market, as Maxxxpert has had severe quality control problems. Many users have experienced failures and DOA's. I advise you against seeking one of these units. Here is a thread with many users' poor experiences: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1615

Erp! I missed that!

Well, looks like it's a definite no-no. Thank you for the help!
