Attach PA120.3 to Nylon Bar Stock

Would someone take a look at this picture and tell me how the 120.3 is attached to the Nylon Bar Stock. I see how he screwed the bar stock to the case. I pm'ed Andy how he did it but have had no reply. I copied his method here for my TJ-07. :confused:

Screw straight thru the bar into the shroud mounting holes on the side of the rad.
