Any idea how heavy the beast is?

I believe that the design is fantastic. I personally do not like the :banana::banana::banana: on the outside of the case.. You had my complete attention right up to that point...

Not sure how heavy it is, fact is that its require 2 people to lift it :(
If case wouldn't have the wheels I would have to call for :help: every time I want to move it!

What's the temp ?

Not sure how heavy it is, fact is that its require 2 people to lift it I have no doubt. I know my box was heavy enough with just 2 PA 120.3's and I was using the MCRES instead.

Why did you go the dual 450 res?

At stock speeds in Idle:

OC Idle:

While running Prime temps hits up to 58, I'm going to lap the CPU and change Arctic Silver to liquid metal soon.

58 is not bad, sure these Q6600 when liquid cooled OC so well.
Good job man !

Excellent setup, I love those external reservoirs.
Very well planned out, one of the cleanest "over the top" builds ive seen lately.
I say over the top because a lot of that is totally unecessary, which is no problem in my book as long as it doesn't look bad, and this definately doesn't.

why do you have 4 rads in the 1st pics but only have 3 in the finished pics?? decided to take the 120.3 out?

man that thing looks heavy... defo wouldn't be hauling that FAT ass to lan's!

I'm hoping to hit temps just as nice as yours with the project in my sig.

Initially I used 4 radiators, and after some testing I decided to remove the PA120.3 as there is no need for so much cooling power with just single GPU, and the system was much too heavy. The Quad Black ICE rad is doing very good job with 8 fans installed.

what was the ambient with those temps??

The ambient temp with case open is about 28c, with the case closed is going up to 36c.

disruptfam

36c??? really?? thats hot...

are you talking about air temp??? not in the case....

lukashill

It’s the air temp when the system is on load. All the fans are running at minimum speed all the time so that’s probably the reason. Anyway, I’m not keeping the side panel on so all is running nice and cool :)

Why didn't you use all the rads you had [Including the 240x240 ones]?

Because they have the connectors on the side and even if you use 90 degrees elbow connectors you can’t fir them in.

When you are done with that, NASA has a space shuttle that could use almost that much cooling :)
