Why so?

No FSB wall up to 590MHz, but CPU halts at clock >3900, even at 1.75V
Temps are ok (below -30C), only LN2 needed? Or any vmods extra for these cpus available. There are some on my mobo (Vcpu,Vdroop,Vmch).

might be a fsb hole.. have you tried to jump to for example to 4.0-4.1 mhz ??
No, it's not fsb hole. Just crappy cpu.

Did you try this mobo with some other CPU, that can do more than 550 FSB. Maybe mobo cant go further:yepp:
