I got a zalman heatpipe for my 9500np, and man this thing works great.
It stays cool with a slow 92mm fan blwing on it.

yeah, ive seen somebody hitting 450core with his 9700 or 9800 with a 80mm fan on it.
ive switched to watercooling now and i must admit that my 4200 was just as cold with the zalman and a casefan on it as it is now with 25°C warm water...
the only thing they need to redisign is that theres no room for memory heatsinks :/

I know, i had to somewhat adjust how it fit with my ramsinks, so I was worried it wouldn't work as well, but it works great.
