i recently got a custom watercooling setup that came with the chieftec aluminum casing (black ice rads 2x80mm fans that serves as the reservoir also, mastekleer hoses, unknown pump lol, and custom made pure copper cpu block. i notice it has plenty of bubbles in the hose. If i add just plain distilled water to the reservoir, will the bubbles go away? Or do i have to add some stuff that was posted in the sticky topics? thanks in advance!

I use a few drops of iodine to help get rid of bubbles.

They are micro-bubbles that are 'stuck' to the sides of the tubing correct? If so, take a screwdriver holding it a you would do normally and just hit the sides of the tubing, alternatively you can flick the tubing although you will end up with sore fingers.

@pak, thanks, im gonna try that iodine drops

@logic, i tried tapping the hose near the pump and some of the bubbles in that part went away, but it came back. there are still bubbles near the cpu block.

Just let it run for a few days. My bubbles usually find somewhere to go.
