Some time ago removed the spreaders of my 5400UL Fatbodies due to the poor termal interface and high temps. I canīt understand why manufacters put this non-efficient "eye candy" spreaders and seal with horrible TIM...

Yesterday i broke two SMD capacitors in the pcb when insert into memory socket with my hands...:(

Your best bet would to probably someone with soldering skills. You probably voided any shred of warranty by taking the spreaders off

Find a friendly Electronic Engineer with steady hands, i just popped a cap of the end of a graphics card so I shall be visiting my fomer colleagues with cap in hand lmao seriously though they have resoldered those tiny resostors back onto my motherboard so you may be in luck. I don't have any experience with this at all. I'd suggest you contact RAM GUY through our forum.

OK, thanks.

I posted the problem in the Corsair Forum, and currently waiting for RAMGUY response. I hope can be fixed, because this module do 450 (900) at 3-2-2-1T wich is impresive!.
