We got almost 150 yesterday between myself and Paladin. With points harder and harder to come by this is the only project that we don't have a 9 K in that has easy points. The best thing about it is if you got a crappy older machine its actually kind of beneficial. This project goes by seconds crunched so you can put some older machine on there leave it running for awhile which when the WU drops .... it drops big. Some of the WU's take awhile like a week to twelve days with a 1.8 ghz A64 3000+. Some of them take 3 minutes ... I am kind of curious as to how a C2D does in this project. We have 8,161.764706 in there right now and there are several teams ahead of us that aren't active .... most of them haven't returned work in several years.

Installing this is easy just remember to exactly have XtremeSystems on the registration and enter your right clock speed if it doesn't detect it.

Here are the stats:

I'm in with 2 cores. Thanks for the thread.

I have yet to get two instances to work with a Dual Core opteron with windows vista. Usually I run this with a core on LLR.

I haven't looked, but I'm assuming this is a windows evolution vice a linux one?

Mine were 2 single cores. One is on Windows 98. Needed something good to run at that box.

Still is a puzzle to me ... I have unzipped to separate folders and renamed instances. It always seems to run both but use only one core. This project needs updated, the stats are jank, and we would need a major effort to get really high up in this project, but looking at all the teams that haven't returned work since the early 2000's we should easily get a 9 K in this project.

I'm in the stats with 11 hours. The one box got a couple of quick ones at the start. The other one is still working on the same one.

I had it running 2 instances on each machine (Condor & DeXter).

Example:

c:\crunch\eulernet\eulernet.exe
c:\crunch\euler2\euler2.exe

Open task manager and change the CPU affinity for one to be cpu0, the other cpu1. Also change the task priority to low, if desired, since despite what you set in the cfg, it runs at Normal rather than Low.

Made a stab at giving us some more comprehensive stats since Bok doesn't have a sort script for them yet.

LBM(aka UCmajewski) 4007h 18m 12s
Paladin 600h 30m 13s

Yeah I have had an A64 3000+ for a long while on this project .... off and on for a year almost. Its about 168 days of work so little less than half a year.

I just dropped in a 450,000 WU added some more to this project as well. Seems Eulernet is pretty quiet on my fans even full loading this machine.
