Hi,
I want to buy a compact digital camera with some quality.
My choices for now are this two:
Canon PowerShot A560
Fuji FinePix F40fd
Wich one is better?
Are there better choices for the same price range? (about 180€)

Try to find an F30 or F31.

They are a bit more expensive... And I think F31 is being discontinued..

I've always liked Canon digital cameras.

Canon makes a lot of good cameras, but I can't recommend their ultra compacts (like the ELPH series) over Fuji's. They just don't compare.

It's too bad they discontinued the F20 ... it was a great little cheap camera ... it blew away everything in its price range. I got mine for $100 just before it was discontinued. Better than F40 even. F40 might be better for daylight, though. But for all around F20 is great. See if you can get it on eBay (or F30 or F31.)
