OCZ sli ready ram pc28500 died?

I purchased 2gb's of ocz memory i few month's back and and now my pc will not boot.Took memory out and tried each stick in first slot.One stick works the other does not.Get 1d error code on evga 680i motherboard.

Has one of my sticks died? Been running them @ spec 2.1v 5-5-5-15
