I'm a bit inexperienced when it comes towards tweaking RAM settings. I've basically got my 8500 Dominators link sync'd running at 800Mhz.

I'm wondering what sort of timings would be possible and what sort of voltage would be necessary.

Thanks in advance

If you are going to run them at 800, you can probably drop the voltage a bit from the rated 2.2v. I'd try 1.9v and if it is not stable, try 2.0v. Also, you should easily be able to run the timings at 4,4,4,12. You may be able to do better on the latencies if you leave the voltage at 2.2v which is the max under warranty.

Outside of that, you will simply need to test and see if you can tweak any lower.

Thanks for the advice so far.

Would 5-4-4-11 1T be faster than 4-4-4-12 1T?

It's hard to tell. At the same CPU speed, they would likely be similiar. You would need to benchmark both ways and compare.
