Hi ,

Few months ago, i had purchased 2 GB OCZ DDR2-PC8000 EL Platinum XTC modules ( 2x 1gb) from ebay. but by manufacture's fault , they have wrong labled on each of the modules of 512 MB DDR2-PC6400. i mean to say , label on Modules says it is 512 MB DDR2- 800 MHz RAM, but CPU-Z and all other benchmarking tools shows it as DDR2-1000 Mhz RAM, also part number is OCZ2P10001G.so it is clear tht they are both 1 gb modules. now they both modules are dead after powercut occurred few days ago.

i m from india, and here there isnt any ocz facilities available.so plz help me to get RMA of this modules. it having lifetime warranty , but i donno how to get it in india? i can send it outside of india , but let me know wht i need to do ?

Regards
AMIT
