weirdest problem ever for me!!!

ok, seriously this the weirdest hardware/software prob i have ever had. k, heres the prob :)
i woke up yesterday and went to my view workgroup computers on my xp pro box and it doesnt see all my other rigs! the weird part is that i can type the network name, eg, Tornado(my comps are named after weather things) and it goes fine, so it cant be dns issue. i have not changed anything. i just now got it to see my xp home box, before yesterday it saw all my boxes(including linux boxes) awesome. but now my other xp boxes cant see each other ethier.

pull up a command propmt and type in "ipconfig /all" and see if it detects all the rigs on your ip. Are they all connected via a router, if so go into the routers control panel and check on them in there. Make sure the ip configurations are all matching in there. That's all I can think of:)

well it fixed itself, 2 days ago they all showed up. weird

yer comp was having a bad hair day. happens to me, it breaks 1 day and fixes it self overnight.
