Here are some pics of my WC system. It is a little ghetto but it fits just right into my crappy tiny case. :)

Another....this is the Heater Core...Ford model 39 9024 from Checker Auto.

and last but not least this is the Hydor Selitz20 185GPH pump from Danger Den. The little plastic piece on it sucks, but works.

My normal temps are around 32C with a Prime95 max of high 38C. With my old ghetto system of two submersibles in a tupperware I would max around 47C and idle at about 39C. I have an Evercool 120mm aluminum fan taped to the Heater Core and one in the front of my case pointing in. They are extremely quiet and push alot of air so they are nice.

It's a tigh fit,a radiator that size should go outside the case :)

You guys see that case? That is my old case that I gave to Sir Brizz to fit the ghetto looking thing in. The heatercore is inside of the case for mobility to lan partys or what not. This is a work in progress so stayed tuned. ;)

Did you buy your radiator fan from www.xoxide.com?

No I got it at a place called Cyber Exchange here in town. It's an evercool aluminum frame fan that runs roughly <26db so it's exceptionally quiet :)

They are the same fan though...identical packaging. 2$ less through xoxide but after shipping ends up more. Plus my friend gets a discount there so I get the fan for about 17$

Build a shroud for the heatercore and you'll get much better temps

A shroud from D-tek should fit it. Just order two of them.
