Am using Dtek Liquid F/X Blue with excellent result.

How many drops do i put into four litres or distilled water?I put my anti-biocide stuff in which is green,So it made the water green.Put some d-tek blue in and goes blue for a lil bit then back to an off green.

Is the biocide doing this?

cheers fellaz

I used a combination of G11 at 5% concentration and about 20 drops of Petra's blue UV dye to get this. Someone posted a comparison of blue UV results with various recipies and this was similar to what they thought was the best.

G11 by itself is not reactive enough for my tastes, but the extra Petra drops added in, really help.

Use a different biocide if yours is so green.

disruptfam

To kind of reactivate this thread with my own quick question :
I am looking for a dye that will replicate this color on this voodoopc: Does anyone know a product that makes it this dark? maybe a tad lighter but I like that, also UV reactive dye will not react to white cathode correct?

excuse me, but arent you mixing metals?

i see the flex on water, which is alu. And then its connected to mosfet blocks and your chipset blocks on the same loop, which is copper.

Umm....

Anyhow definitely nice build.

I'm in NSW and get stuff from Petra's all the time.
The most I usually pay for shipping is $20 and their prices for the things I want are usually very good. In fact, much less than when a product is available in Oz from the established retailers.
The new couple of Aussie WC online retailers, GAM Flammergast Cool-Z etc, have comparable prices but not range.

Performance PC's get my vote - huge range & not bad on shipping

Naekuh,

Yo.. the water cooling part of the Flexx is entirely copper. It looks like alu, but that's only the outside appearance. Having said that, I don't have Flexx and I use Corsair.

checked out ppc's cheapest freight to aus is 76 us dollars on a 13lb cart.
abit steep.

Usually 5-6 days for Petra's and a day or 2 longer for PerfPC for some reason.
PerfPC show their postage options and costs if you use the aplet in the shopping cart. Petra's the go is to email them with your parts list and Quoc will reply with the quote usually within 24 hours.

Just checked my past orders and the smallest I've done with PerfPC was
United States Postal Service (1 x 1.70lbs) (First-Class Mail International (Varies) (No Tracking)): $16.45
So don't know how you got your figure?

Probably the size.
I got United States Postal Service (1 x 0.25lbs) (First-Class Mail International (Varies) (No Tracking)) $5.60 for a Coollab pack, first thing that came up.

Yeah, it's the size of the meshX. One meshX panel is $40 shipping but one two fan acrylic rad grill is only $7.40

What IanY said. So far I don't see any tell tale sign of corrosion in this loop. I'll find out soon enough when I drain and redo the loop.
