Which sata controller to use?

Quick question...

Right now I'm using the Nvidia SATA RAID controller for my 2 raptors but I want to add another sata drive for storage. Should I add this to the Nvidia controller or secondary (currently unused) silicon image controller? Which configuration would be faster?

use the nV - its waaaaaaay faster! Only use Si controller as last resort, & then only as additional SATA storage - dont use as a RAID controller :D
