From memory, is it M3.5?

the measurement is called taper right??

also where can I buy a screw that looks like this for mounting fans on my MCR220?

M3.5 is metric.

As for the screw in the picture, look for M3.5 socket head hex screws.

They are indeed M3.5 on the MCR as stated on the Swiftech site (I just checked)... however, I could have sworn I used #6-32 though - perhaps those two are close enough to be interchangeable? I'll have to double-check.

As for where to get hex socket cap screws... If you live in a major city, just look up fasteners in your yellow pages and see if you have any major fastener distributors/suppliers/warehouses in your area.

I live in a rural area, would there be any online shop that sells them, or would anyone be so kind and grab some for me from their local hardware store? I'll pay you for the costs involved plus extra for the effort.

I'm still googleing to find a place that sells them,

this is what I want but I only need 12 of them

Does McMaster ship internationally? www.mcmaster.com?

Also try Farnell (google)... they are UK based and have a presence in most countries.

Thanks... that's what I thought! It should be very easy to find something suitable at your local hardware store.

Would this be what I'm looking for, I'm looking at replacing those screws which are from my Antec P180 HDD cages

I just checked, and the screws that came with the MCR-320 radiator are indeed metric 3.5. However, a #6-32 screw is slightly larger and will work, making the holes a little larger.

Yes, they do. According to info I was able to dig up, they ship small international orders via DHL.

Perfection,
If you go to the Nuts and Bolts Barn, you'll get 5mm black M3 socket heads. They've got the full range of sizes and lengths.
Are you in northern nsw?

They are M3.5 , but #6 machine screws work great as well.

Boltdepot.com or mcmaster.com would probably be the best place to find those hex socket screws, I doubt your local hardware store will have them.
