OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Died

Ran them at stock speed with 2.1 Volts as stated on the ocz website and all of a sudden they died on me after using them for 4 months. i have tried to boot these sticks in differnt boards with no luck. who do i contact to get an RMA number and also my location is in canada.

Neither stick will boot a board? You have tested 1 at a time?
