One problem the Toughpower 1200W W0133RU puts out 112v none of the options you guys have are the true output of the psu

Yes it is, you can't add up the rails directly ;) Keep looking in the hints links, you'll see it in one of those ;)

I got word two weeks ago that I won the Thermaltake 1200W PSU but I have not received anything yet or heard from them.
