this is a decent chip. im checkin for stable 24/7 setup and this is were im at now. very reasonable overclock. the board is performing flawless with no problems what so ever. will keep updating how it does. just had another one it was a L723A930 and it only did 480fsb at stock vcore and that was the fsb wall no matter what volts so its gone now to my bro. my L723A701 does pretty good i think under ln2 it would be good results. can someone possibly post a link to a cheap dewar plz. thanks.

edit: 50 min orthos will test overnight but now time to game. i was playin while orthos testing it was a lil lagy but playable

thanks:). i think more ppl need to try this board out and see how they do with it. its a very great board for the dual cores but seems to be a little harry with the quads. does the job great. both my biostar boards have done great and still havent had any problems with either one. hit 650mhz on the ram last night just testin it out. i think ram topped out i need to vmod for vdimm. volts make me happy lol. hope you enjoy your board as much as me.

http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=231358 :) at 2.51 volts. ok ram but not the greatest.

Using the Rebels Haven 521 modded bios. E6400 L624A768 (one of the first retail chips, got it first day newegg started selling the E6400.) This cpu walls at 470mhz FSB on all multipliers, have tweaked every single voltage(besides the GTL ref), used 3 diff boards (3 diff chipsets too) all wall at 470mhz FSB. I can push the ram further and really tighten up the timings (as well as much more voltage, can have the vdimm mod on in 2 minutes.)

vdimm = 2.31V
vcore = 1.58V
vfsb = 1.35V
vnb = 1.38V

that sucks it walls at 470. my e6300 walls at around 515fsb on water. and my e6550 walls at 520fsb on water. hope you find yourself a good chip sometime soon that clocks very high. still lookin for my high clocking chip. the 515 and 520fsb are nice but i want more it doesnt satisfy me. i would like to see high numbers so im still searching. already went through a few e6550 and the first one is the best so far.

It's brick walling without mods on this board... I will break the wall big time soon.
Does anyone know if the 1.5V Southbridge voltage is always tied in with the CPU PLL Voltage on P35 boards? Every P35 board that has the Southbridge 1.5V adjustable in bios has it raising the CPU PLL Voltage also. This board lacks the option in bios but I've found the SB 1.5V readout and pretty sure I have the vmod for it figured out.

Hey thanks man! Does the mod bios 521 clock better than newer bioses?
