Depends on your definition of "enough". For most people (including me), the 80 watt tec included with the mcw-50t Swiftec waterblock/pelt kit, is enough to get nice gains out of 9700's. Personally, I get 420/365 out of my non-volt modded card.
For more "extremists", an 80 watt pelt is child's play :)
