has any one got this board. am a little worred about the northbridge heatsink. its hitting 90c on load. is this some thing to worry about?

If you're OCing then better put some fan towards chipset heatsink...
My mobo was fine up to 300HTT without additional cooling but in ventilated case (3xfans, Thermaltake Soprano).

amd 6000 3.30gb 8800 gts 600/912mhz. antec p180 with twin fans at the front. alphacooling with twin fan rad. corsair xms2 ddr2 800mhz 6400c3 ram 2gb. twin rapter x150gb 500gb. 720w psu cpu running 23c-25c idle and 30c loaded. southbridge 77c idle and 90c+ loaded.
