I went to do the FRY and Cry thing at Comp USA again :) today. They were out of the PNY's so I grabed a Visiontek 4600. When I got home and opened the box this is what I had. What is up with the design change?

I dunno but that card definately looks much different than my visiontek. I wonder if the stock hsf is better now? Also the caps are different colors. Have you oc'ed it yet at stock to see what it can do?

It was a Blue Orb look alike. Very cheap and did not cool for crap. The sucker was glued on even tighter than the Radeon 8500 sinks and so flimsy I like to have never got it removed. This piece of junk died within 24 hours (probably from when I removed the HSF). Returned it to Comp USA and picked up a new one now I am back to the design I am used to seeing.

It's the fan they use on the 4200... Some wierd factory screw up? Kind of Odd.

Thought I'd add on. All 3 of my PNY TI4600's were different! The last one was my best overclocker, and it had yellow caps.
