fujitsu s6120 keyboard lappy issues

Hi Peeps,

3 keys from my keyboard on my fujitsu s6120 laptop decided to randomly stop working, so I purchased a replacement.

After installing the new keyboard, around 10 keys I immediately noted failed to work.

So I reinstalled the initial keyboard and still the same 3 keys are failing...

Would you say the replacement keyboard was faulty on arrival or could there be a deeper problem?

Logically speaking I am of the thinking that if the mobo or keyboard connector was at fault then the same three keys on the replacement keyboard would not work, but thats not the case as stated above 10 keys on the new k/b dont work...

I have spoken to manufacturer and they are sending me another keyboard, do you think its because the one they sent me was faulty?
