SLI-ready memory question

Ok, i just enabled SLI-ready memory in my mobos BIOS by setting CPUOC to 0%. My TWIN2X2048-6400C4 RAM is in dual channel at 4-4-4-12 @2.1v and was running at 401 MHz. After i enabled this SLI-ready memory my memory frequency dropped from 401 Mhz to 399.9 Mhz, my CPU frequency went down to 2799 Mhz from 2812 Mhz, i also notice a slight drop in Bus speed and HT link. I'm wondering if this is is normal, am i doing something wrong?

I haven't tested the RAM with memtest after enabling SLI-ready memory but the system has been stable so far.
