I sent an email this morning to rma@gskill.com with the RMA Request Form filled, and I am waiting for the reply email from gskill, i need to RMA ID so I can sent the ram for rma, whoever gskill engineer see this, can you please check the rma@gskill.com email and confim my RMA request? I had waited 15 hours and still no reply from gskill RMA department yet...
The product details:
Product Model: F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ
S/N: 7150120017921, 7150120017922
The sympton is windows will restart automatically eventhough it is not overclocked or underclocked. Memtest86+ and Memtest Windows both failed. This just happend only yesterday after i am using it error free for 3 months. after replace another pair of ram the failure gone, so it is confirm that the RAM need RMA.
Please help me by give me the RMA ID, I need the RAM back ASAP as I am using my old 667MHz cheap 512MB*2 ram.
