Cant do anything?

Hey (yay my second post)

I was wondering how come i cant upload my own avatar or when i go to look at peoples profiles it says i dont have permission or to delete my own thread (i wanted to delete it and repost it in a different place). Anyways is this due to my post count so as i get more posts i can do more things like get avatars and view peoples profiles etc.

I think you need over 50 posts (or something like that) for custom avatar
