Memory Settings-More extensive guide

My issue is that i want to take more full advantage of the memory settings on my motherboard. However, such things as drive strength, and other memory settings aren't really explained anywhere. The DFI infinity sli-m2 board i have has more options then i can count and i have no idea what they mean or how to select them:confused: . I WANT to know more about these settings. Are there any guides or articles anyone can recommend to me for reading?
