Deciphering DDC pump lettering..........

I looked around for a bit and didn't find this info anywhere else....if it is on the forum, sorry about the repost.

I've been curious about the lettering on the side of DDC pumps.....the T, P, MC, MP, etc.


Well, I finally found out what they meant, so here it is....hope this helps someone else out as it did for me. And while this is in reference to the 3.1 and 3.2 pumps, the lettering scheme seems consistent as applied to the older DDC-1 and DDC-2 pumps as well.

Complie that with this that i have so far were getting more info on what the DDC specs are so we can all talk about right thing and same thing!

Pete, the blue impeller is the 3.1/3.2 pump. 3.3 isn't released yet AFAIK. And the older DDC-1 with the black impeller is 9W, not 10W.
