that is part of speedfan test to my WD 250GB HD, so what are the effect of the start/stop count, and the power cycle on my PC?

Ideally for hard drives you don't want to be start stopping it alot as this will cause failure prematurely... Start Stop is just this, and power cycle is how many times the power has been removed and returned to the drive. I'm assuming the program warned you becuase it has no set values for these so they will warn for every drive

Well, this prob wasnt before, its just happening these days before about a month every thing was "very good" and no errors where given.
