depends ... what kind of systems stats do you have for the PSU to run???
and pwoer is great but the 5v and 12v rails and the amps dedicated off them is just as big a factor.
ttgi actually for my money is the PSU I would go for.

turbo cool 475, if noise is less important than stable voltages. AFAIK, the turbo-cools have line conditioning, but the silencer ones are supposed to be well, silent.

The 475 but contact PC P&C for authorization to replace the noisy fan with a quieter, higher CFM unit. This way your warranty will remain intact.
