I have a pc and an laptope and i was wondering if I could connect this 2 to the net using my pc's modem which has 2 inputs 1 for line and 1 for phone !!!

So one to the phone will conect to the laptope can it work ???

nope, the phone is so you can have a telephone lplugged inot the modem

well.. you could try to dial in to the host computer.. but not sure what # it would use or how it would work.
