ok, so I am going to do my stock runs now, but I need a little advice.
Whenever I run 3dm06 (I know its not one of the benches but I am sure the question still remains) and I go to submit my score online it lets me but it tells me that my results were not obtained using acceptable drivers. My drivers are the latest (or maybe second latest havnt checked for about a month) from nvidia.

So do I need to worry about this? And is it ok if I just do screen shots of everything like exceedgoku?

I don't own those 3dmarks or aquamark so I can't submit online... I do own 3dmark06 though...

You don't need to own the benchmarks to submit an ORB, all you have to do is set up a account which is free.

And I don't think it matters what drivers you use there is no specification as to that. Mine were done with the 162.18 set.

And for the guy with the X1900 card all you need to do is Copy direcpll.dll from your 3dmark 05 directory and paste it into the Aquamark folder, overwrite when prompted. Its a glitch with Aquamark

i am still in this don;t get pissed at me...busy but don't worry i will be posting before the 19. too much school work to finish up with...I am graduating in 4 weeks from my program and my tech report is occupying a lot of my time, as well as other assignments for classes.
I am stressed to the max...but in 4 weeks it will feel o so sweet :)

It would seem that way. :( I don't know what's going on but no one seems real interested in competing. I started this thread on the 10th to get our scores in, but only 1 person has posted up their scores besides me.

You need a cop to verify the scores and post them in the database over @ TRP, or you could post them over @ TRP so that the cops over there verify them.


Also after going through the scores, you guys need to run CM completly and have the score in blue (press the mark button and let it run) and we need the ranking SS (both with date) We also need the submit page of Aqua (where the score is reported (ie scroll the page down till the scores visible) with CPU-z and date and the Spi with date too.

Ok can you give us an example of the scores you want for crystal mark. Why do you need more than the 3 we gave you, those are the only ones you can put into the score calculator so I see no point to need to run them all?

Also how to do the aquamark score too.

Ok... if this is open, you should be able to post your STOCK scores for Forum Wars 2007.....
You can change or update your rig until the last day of stock posting, according to the rules.
After that there will be no hardware changes for the duration of the contest (except to mod your rig for UE Class)
If you haven't read the rules, you better do it now....
Do not test your rig before we start, tests must be dated June 29th or later. :bench:

There should not be any errors, this is the way I would like the score posts to look like.
Your name or handle needs to on the Score Results, tested on or after June 29th..
Take note of CPUz and the dates at the bottom right of the screenshots....
They must be there to be valid... MUST BE THERE!!! no exceptions....

yeah course, problem isn't that I can't see my score at the end. My problem is that the benchmark won't launch and comes up with a message saying that the app has crashed.

Obivously the scores i posted on here are from before the end date for stock submissions, but I didn't take the screen shots with the date stamp. So do I have to run them again or what? Obivously if I run them now the date stamp will be after the fact, is this going to be a problem?

i think we need a new one without all the jargon bargon garbage..i think we should just post at the raptor pit our new scores...screw paying a cop or whatever....but we should get a private message place where we (our team) can talk to eachother about strategy and whatever else without the rest of world seeing.

I would liek your opinion on each. I purchased the Neo 550W due to the great ratings and Seasonic manufacture -and - heard you really don't draw that much power anyway. But someone on one of the boards said "lose the 550w and get the quattro 850W". I guess I culd sell it on ebay as I have not used it yet but wanted to find out your experience with both. Any issues? How are you running two?

850w Antec unit is excellent and even has less ripple than my previous Enermax Galaxy unit. I'm using the 850w unit to power the core components (CPU, video cards..ect) and I have the 550w unit powering the rest of the accessories (water cooling setup, DVD drives, fans, leds,...ect) The only reason I am even using 2 seperate PSUs is because the case came with a handy dual PSU adapter and I had the 550w unit laying around and I figured why not? I am planning on removing it and just using the 850 unit soon though.

The 850w unit is more than you will ever need and is very stable even under heavy load.
