I've got an AW9D-Max and about 2 days ago, my GeIL DDR2 800, which had been running on this motherboard for about 2 months, finally deteriorated to a state where I couldn't boot up at 204 FSB (408mhz effective). I swapped in a 1gb kit of Micron RAM and tried to boot up my computer. I ran single stick and I posted normally, even went into windows @ 4.08 ghz. I dropped the second stick into the system for dual channel (512mb stick), and I keep getting a post code 25 error after a second boot at any voltage for vDimm (up to 2.45V), Cpu voltage, vMCH. Does the GeIL deteriorating and my motherboard's dimms potentially relate? I need to know whether I should send my motherboard back to abit or not.
Btw: I'm running an IB9 with that Micron RAM, so it works fine, the AW9D-Max just won't post with those 2 sticks running on that board.
