Hey guys,

I am looking for a new screen , i have really no clue which one is good, I know the brand like IIYama, samsung, BenQ are tops. I just looking for 1 with a sharp image and good price/performance ratio. So give me also the specific model and so on and brand. Thanks in advance

i personally would go for LG L226WTQ 22" Widescreen or a Samsung SM-226BW 22", both are great moniters and the LG being the cheaper.

LG makes Samsungs screens. If the LG is cheaper, you are getting the same quality imo.

Well, that was a blanket statement. A friend picked up a 940B off of a seller on eBay that came with a replacement screen. Upon doing a little research using the model number on the back of the replacement screen he found that the screen was made by LG. So I just took it that LG was supplying Samsung with screens. That may or may not be true for all of Samsungs models. All I know is that when I was given that information I started pricing LG LCD's. I figure if it was good enough for Samsung, given their rep for awesome monitors, it would be good enough for me. And in comparing Samsung & LG monitors with identical specs, I found LG's pricing to be allot cheaper.
