I have just took my heatsink off and thermal grease off and put some more of the thermal grease on. My ? is this I just wondering if I should like the computer lidle awhile ( 72 hours to let the thermal grease setup) or should I just start folding again. My temps on the cpu is 38-40 c and case temps are 34-35 c this is with the side pannel off

no, best way burn in the thermal compound is to have the cpu's at 100% load. That way they're generating the highest amount of heat possible. That will settle the compound quicker and more efficiently.

the hotter the grease is while it drys , the better it can fill small gaps between the heatsink and the cpu :)
