I bought this case with watercooling in mind, hoping to stuff a mcr220 in the front but well that didn't work out. I needed to think outside the box a bit but 8 months later I finally got watercooling worked out!

I remounted the chipset cooler on my EVGA 680i in hopes of breaking past 500 fsb but I think it negative helped... My temps are even higher now I think! 71c idle :(

Anyway EVGA sucks at TIM application

I popped a pin off the NB and it flew down my AC duct :stick: ended up leaving the PWM heatsinks off because I needed an extra pin to hold the MCP sink on. ANYWAY now that the boring stuff is out of the way, here's the loop

(tubes are not kinked at all now)

Came out pretty well I think. First WC build I've had in years with the case side on that I can call daily rig ready :) Temps are 70C loaded on 3060 xeon @ 3700mhz 1.5v. Damn summer... 25-30c ambient.

If you READ my post you'd see that I said I fixed the kinks

Also it was caused by the angling not the length at all

Nice work. But you couldn't fit a 2x120 rad in the front? Thats kinda odd... I always thought that there was enough room in there.

With xeon 3070 @ 1.5v and a 8800 GTS?
I don't think so. He would need something bigger or another rad.
Nice set up.

He's right. A single GTS would add to much heat with a single mcr220. On top of that I run SLI so that's mega heat dump. If I add another block it's going to be chipset, 680i mcp runs HOT!

Cain it would fit but at the loss of 7 5.25" bays. The HDD bays and fans are all attached. I hoped it would fit WITH the hdd bays and only take 6 5.25".

That sucks. The only reason that I ever deemed the 900 worthy was because of the idea of fitting a 2x120 rad in the front. I no longer deem it worthy.

Nah. Maybe next time I'll drill some holes and bolt it down.

What size is the fan up top? Would be interesting to see if you could put a PA160 up there with a custom shroud to that fan :D

Is it just me or is the tubing not all the way seated over the barb's edge on the T and the rad's plastic barbs?

200mm fan at the top. A PA160.1 would fit but not perfectly stock.

It's 7/16" masterkleer, it death grips plastic barbs.

Hmm my idle temps seem to be up ~5C... Maybe putting the radiator over the exhaust fan isn't a good idea.
