View Full Version : How long does a memory RMA take? Been waiting awhile.

I sent in a kit of RAM about 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten it back yet. It is a 1GB (2x512MB) PC3200 valueram kit. The RMA # is 1007642. Could someone check the status of it for me please?

The replacement memory came a couple days ago so all is well now :)

haha I wish ;) This is for my brother's PC. But actually I do have another mobo/CPU/RAM/HD here, just needs a PSU and I finally got one... :D

Not a problem. Actually I think it was my fault now that I'm reading over the RMA instructions again that I found on my desk: "Please make sure that your name, RMA#, telephone # and address is included within the package."
That is probably why it took a little while, I forgot to put that in there :doh: :hitself:
