Is this a decent DDR speed?

I was just wondering if this is an okay speed for my value ram? or do you think I could push this further?

at 225mhz its orthos stable for 24ish hours atleast(thats how long I bothered to run it)

We can't tell you if you'll be able to get higher if you don't specifically tell us what memory (and chips) you've got there.
These two being the key factors, the Vdimm is also very important. You will need more voltage when running at higher clockspeeds.

im not sure what chips they are, I can check that out...

I'm giving them 2.8v to run that speed...
