Hey, just need a good program to resize hundreds of pics at once. Anything good out there? Microsoft's pic resizing tool allows 1024x768 max, looking for something better.

Thanks.

Be careful what you use. When you resize, you need to save the file again, and depending on the program it can save with low quality.

with the softwares I gave you are asked what you want to do - save new copy or replace the original ones ...
I backup them always before I resize anyway ...

As always save files in Tiff or Raw or your best non-compressed setting, copy file convert to jpeg and use any of the above to resize for web usage.
Ditch the copies if you don't have the storage or don't want clutter.
Photoshop as mentioned makes it easy in batch files as ex2cib mentioned.
Someone may know of of a freeware that does this also, i don't.
I think the most important thing is to save original files in the best setting your camera has. Storage is pretty cheap and if you ever want to print you will be happy.

Edit if you shoot in jpeg at least convert them to non-compressed format 1st. than save:) (i think thats best, someone may correct me.)
