Not sure what you mean by diameter, but I use 1.5" 6-32 machine screws to attach my radiator -> fans -> case -> grill.

Buy a 6-32 tap and handle and tap all holes to 6-32 and then buy the machine screws to match the length that you need.

SaFrOuT, would those work if I was going Grill > Case > Fan > Rad? Are they long enough for that extra bit of the case?
