Time is off by an hour?

I'm in the Eastern(GMT-5) part of the US and since the new server switch my time has been off by an hour(instead of 9:10am it says 8:10am). I just switched to GMT-4 to correct it but I just thought I'd mention it.

it says it was made at 5:43 here...........alaska time is one hour different from pacific time.

thats because were in UK and five hours ahead of their time

I can confirm the time is off for us in the eastern standard time zone. I've noticed it in the past, just never gave it much thought.
