Adjustable fan mounting ideas?

I am looking for something similar to the gooseneck/adjustable neck of the Antec SpotCool that is strong enough to mount a heavier duty fan to. Anyone have any ideas or see anything? Preference is one end can be made to mount to an internal feature of a case while the other end will latch on to a 120mm fan (or be rigged to do so) all while having a neck that is stiff enough to not bend under the weight of the fan. I am not even sure of good google search terms.

I am not looking for those PCI-mounting brackets. I want this on the other side of the mobo.
