I’m just about to build my loops and I just want to make sure I clean everything correctly before install all the parts.

They are as follows:

D-TEK Fuzion cpu block
2 x EK - FC8800 GTX – Acetal full cover gpu block
EK – NB 680i – Acetal nb block (still to arrive)
2 x D5 pump
2 x EK – Reservoir 200ml
PA120.3 Rad
B I Pro II Rad
12 foot Tygon R-2603

I have read Maxxxracers guide, and was planning to follow it. But I just thought I’d check with you guy’s to see if there is anything else I’ll need to do.

I have a few of questions I’d like to ask:

1: Can you use the same type of substance to clean the copper & Acetal on the blocks? or do you need to use something different on each part? Also what would you recommend?

2: Which is the best way to clean the inner tubbing of the Tygon, & what should I use to clean it.

3: What should I use to clean the Res with?

4: What should I use to clean the pumps with?

5: I plan to use a Universal Cleaner for central heating systems to flush out the Rads. It’s like the stuff that Marci recommends, Kamco.

6: I also have some Isopropyl Alcohol Cleaner, what would it be safe to use this on?

Just thought I’d show a few pics of all the bits I’ve got so far.

All help will be very much appreciated.

Here is a closer look at the Cleaner I've got for the rads. Also I'll be using De-ionised water in the loops because I can't get any distilled any were I live.

What should I add to it?

Google mate, google!

Thanks for the link.

I'll order some next week.

I'll use the De-ionised to flush things with, but I would still like some adivce on cleaning everything.
