What hardware do yall use? I'm just looking for something cheap to allow it, I don't want a full hdd cooler to fill the slot.

The page won't load for me, but I'm guessing those are the metal brackets. Over here they dissapeared from retailers and before that they were at pretty ridiculous prices for a set. The other problem I had, was I didn't have any face cover plates so it would look ugly.

What I did was get the cheapest HDD bay cooler thing, Silverstone FP53. Looks pretty nice and I was stunned when I saw my HDD almost 15C cooler than usual. Then fan is loud so i cut of the 4p molex and soldered on a 3pin connector and put it into the Scythe Kama panel fan controller:)

Yes, I live in Canada.
Yes, I bought it from Denmark.

...but I figured that since I already was buying 3kg worth of watercooling components there, I might as well buy a cheap HDD decoupler while I was at it.
