Pulled from shelves in the UK one week after they went on sale, this item pops up in the USA on the local Fry's shelf. There was about 20 in stock, all unopened.

Banned in the UK; http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=421521&in_page_id=1770&ct=5

As you can see from the packaging they are a bit rough but acceptable.

http://fugger.netfirms.com/pd/p1.jpg

They are marked at L19.50 but remarked at $29.99 and for 18 years and older. So if you are a minor dont view the attached video or you might be scarred for life.

http://fugger.netfirms.com/pd/p0.jpg

She comes with her own song and dance and works as a speaker. She will twist and ride the pole to the music. The base of the pole rotates with multicolor LEDS flash in sync. If there is no music she sits inactive.

http://fugger.netfirms.com/pd/p2.jpg

The motor is a bit noisey but she works better than expected.

http://fugger.netfirms.com/pd/p3.jpg

I would expect to see these on Ebay soon.

Here is the video, sorry about the mov format as that is what my camera saved as.

This has to be the epitome of trashy American crap. Good on Britain for banning them. No-one needs those things. Get a life and go to a proper lap dancing bar.

I can see the humour in it, that only pathetic blokes which can't get a lap dance even by waving a $100 note will buy them. Getting your jollies by watching a plastic figure of a woman go up and down a pole... :ROTF:

I think that's what it's intended purpose was, for laughs, not to get a hard on.

Ah, see this is great about America, we actually get a choice to decide for ourselves if this is trash or not...

I personally think it is funny.

Who do I give my money to ?????????

I'd bet my left nut it was 'the fat chicks' that got it banned :yepp: :ROTF:

Quote:

"But Tory MP Ann Widdecombe attacked it as "cheap and tawdry". She added: "I would think this type of product would be entirely counter-productive to the image of M&S. It won't suit most of the customers who go to M&S anyway, so why do it? It's not respectful towards women."

Even worse, a fat female politician :ROTF:

Last I checked Marks and Spencer is British and that's who the product was made for, most likely in China.

What percent of Britain has your superiority complex?

Even if we all are geeks, spending lot of time pushing hardware to its limits, its weird in eyes of normal people, but watching on half naked doll on USB is simply gayish. Geekness should stop somewhere. Thats just my opinion.

05-27-2007, 04:04 AM
So technically it's not "banned" in the UK, just banned from M&S. It's so easy to see why... if you live here you would understand why people who shop in M&S are not the sort of people who would buy them.

Even if it was completely banned from the UK, who would actually give a sh1t anyway? Rofl.

Go read the thread " Modifying your GF's Vibrator" if you want to laugh yourself silly!
The guy even posted a pic of the GF in it till I told him that wasn't too smart a thing to do..

I know this is off-topic but yesterday I heard Manhunt 2 has been banned in the UK too because it's "too violent". What a load of BS. All this because of those people who blamed the game for making someone kill their kid (with an axe IIRC).
