Ive put up a little script here (http://www.phjrw.34sp.com/calcQ.html) which approximates Q, the cooling power in watts given Imax, Vmax and the operating voltage.
It needs a little bit more work, maybe this evening since Q doesnt change until you change the focus from the cell you entered data into....
Its setup with the characteristics of the 220watt tec....
